More POWA!

The existing 100w solar panel has been wonderful, and is sized well. The only issue is when the roof top tent goes on, the panel comes off.

This left me with a small problem... I had to run the truck to charge the battery. When running the diesel heater or other accessories off the 2nd battery it left me yearning for some passive charging.

The solution, adding a panel to the roof. This allows the roof top tent to remain on the truck while allowing me to capture the power of the sun to keep things topped off.

I picked up this 100w flexible panel on Amazon and it seems to be doing the trick!

The install was simple. Added bonus, when I have the tent off I can add the original 100w panel back onto the rack (4 bolts). With the 2nd panel I am able to capture 200w of solar, now I need to add a jumbo 120v power inverter...
